CallMeChat Website Chat Rules

This Rules are a legally binding contract and an integral part to the CallMeChat Terms of Use placed at https://callmechat.com/terms-of-use. All the definitions herein have the same meanings as they identified by the Terms.

If we have any doubts that you have not reached the age of majority, we will ask for documents that confirm your age. In that case, you must show all evidence and documents those can prove your age. Where you do not provide us with the requested information, we have the full right to terminate the Agreement and your account, with or without prior notice (eternal blockage). If the actual Agreement is terminated, you will not have the right to access and use our Application or register another account.

Since you create a user-generated content, your content is strictly prohibited to:

  1. (a) contain obscene, pornographic, profane, defamatory, abusive, offensive, indecent, threatening, harassing, inflammatory, inaccurate, misrepresentative, fraudulent or illegal content or actions as well as promote racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
  2. (b) be intended to, or does, harass, or intimidate any other user or third party;
  3. (c) infringe or violate any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party, including the app content or the user-generated content that contains others' copyrighted content (e.g., photos, images, music, movies, videos, etc.) without obtaining proper permission first;
  4. (d) contain video, audio, photographs, or images of another person without his or her express written consent (or in the case of a minor, the minor's legal guardian) or otherwise violates anyone's right of privacy or publicity;
  5. (e) promote or enables illegal or unlawful activities, such as instructions on how to make or buy illegal materials, weapons or drugs;
  6. (f) contain any advertising or promotional content;
  7. (g) promote our competitors or appreciate their activity; or
  8. (h) be, in our sole judgment, objectionable or restricts or inhibits any person from using or enjoying the Application or exposes the Company or the users to harm or liability of any type.

In order to avoid any doubts, when you use the Application, you are prohibited to:

  1. (a) be half-naked or naked in front of a camera;
  2. (b) show your genitals
  3. (c) touch the genitals even though clothing;
  4. (d) show your underwear;
  5. (e) broadcast video and photos of pornographic nature;
  6. (f) use obscenities or other degrading and indecent language on you co-chatter;
  7. (g) make other people do illegal things, including without limitations, offer, ask for, order or otherwise tell them to violate any part of the Agreement;
  8. (h) attempt to indicate in any manner that you have a relationship with the Company or that we have endorsed you or any products or services for any purpose;
  9. (i) request for any charity or donation;
  10. (j) be engaged in an exchange of the coins or presents for any items or services which usually has any price or value;
  11. (k) request the coins and presents in lieu of merchandise, services, including without limitation, commercial dating, favors, private conversation, etc. that any person can associate with any monetary value.

The Company reserves the right to solely identify the user-generated content as unappropriated and delete/make it unavailable at any time. We use reasonable security measures in order to protect your conversations against unauthorized access, copying and distribution. However, we do not guarantee that any unauthorized access, copying, use or distribution of your conversations or their records by third parties will not take place.

Any user who does not comply with these rules will be blocked. The duration of the ban depends on the nature of violation and it will be set out by the Company.

Please note this: You must be dressed and show only your face in front of the camera.

These rules do not apply to private video chats calls with users who have accepted your incoming video call request or if you accepted incoming video call request from another user.
